  Ninety percent of the images here were originally captured with film cameras. All of the black & white are film captures and completely in-house processed and printed. My goal with this site was to make navigation simple and the pages fast loading and attractive. I hope I have succeeded.

All of the wedding images are film based although some of them have been digitally enhanced.

We're not accepting new wedding clients at this time.
If you are a former wedding client, we will make an exception for members of your family or close friends you might refer to us.
Former wedding clients wanting more prints or their negatives should contact us as soon as possible.
Portrait sessions such as engagement, bridal and any other individual session or short event gigs are still accepted.
Commercial, portrait sessions, artist work & home based assignments are always welcome.

The studio has been closed now for two years. We're still taking pictures and having a wonderful time.

Terri Gold, owner of Gold Photo has two art degrees and an extensive background in the fine arts. Photography was a originally a skill she used to document her own artwork: painting, sculpture, silver and gold-smithing and enameling. Between 1982 and 1990, Ms. Gold worked as an art teacher and teacher trainer for the New York City Public School System. During that time she was awarded the Art Teacher of the Year Award. She also won several grants, one of which was for photography. Prior to moving from Long Island to Woodstock in 1996, she worked as a freelance photographer for a Long Island newspaper publisher.
